Walk-in || IT Recruiter - Freshers

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
• Coordinate technical and HR interview rounds.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand IT hiring requirements.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Comfortable working with MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment portals.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
