Walk-in || It Recruiter and Non IT Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen profiles based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively within deadlines.
