Walk-in || IT OR Non-IT Recruiters

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Manager/ Hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Add-on: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Negotiate job offers and employment terms with candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and technical roles.
• Should have worked in permanent and contractual positions
