Role & responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Actively identifying potential candidates through professional networks like LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), and social media.
• Candidate Screening: Conducting initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess technical skills and "cultural fit" for the consulting environment.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years in IT or Non-IT recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or corporate consulting firm.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is often preferred for 2-3 year roles).
