Walk-in || IT Infrastructure Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure components ,ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Collaboratewithvendorstonegotiatecontracts,ensuringfavorabletermsand pricing for IT services and products.
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary upgrades or changes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and users.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure architectures, processes, and configurations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft365,including administration and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in vendor negotiation and management.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
