Walk-in || IPD Manager

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in hospital operations/IPD management
• Strong knowledge of inpatient operations, admission & discharge procedures
• Experience in handling NABH standards and hospital quality protocols
• Ability to manage patient satisfaction and grievance handling
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in hospital management systems and MIS reporting.
