Walk-in || IP Manager/OP Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise bed allotment, patient registration, and transfer processes. Coordinate final bill closures and smooth discharges

• Conduct regular ward rounds, address patient and family complaints, and maintain high service standards.

• Supervise floor coordinators and ward staff. Manage duty rosters and train teams on communication and patient handling

• Track bed occupancy rates, average length of stay (ALOS), and discharge times (TAT). Submit reports to senior management.

• Oversee outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) schedules, patient flow

• Resolve patient grievances and reduce wait times.

Preferred candidate profile

Hospital IP/OP operations Experience

Experience in handling team

Strong communication skills
