Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Auditor to ensure accurate stock records, verify physical inventory, identify discrepancies, and maintain proper inventory control across Bajaj Electronics stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical stock audits and verify inventory across retail stores.
• Match physical stock with system records and identify discrepancies.
• Verify inward and outward stock movements, including goods receipts and transfers.
• Check stock availability, damaged goods, missing items, and excess inventory.
• Prepare audit reports and highlight stock mismatches to the reporting manager.
• Ensure compliance with inventory management procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with store teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
• Maintain accurate audit documentation and submit reports within the stipulated timelines.
• Conduct surprise stock checks and follow up on corrective actions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate; B.Com graduates preferred.
• Experience: 02 years in inventory auditing, stock verification, retail operations, or a related field.
• Freshers with good analytical and numerical skills may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to different store locations within Hyderabad.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred for local travel.
