Walk-in Drive Operations Supervisor

Key Requirement:

• Candidates must be comfortable with Pan-India relocation.
• The job location can be anywhere across India, including Jaipur, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, or other locations, based on business requirements.
• Candidates should be willing to relocate and work at any location assigned by the organization.
• Candidates interested in building a career in the Waste Management & Recycling industry are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and supervise door-to-door waste collection activities.
• Coordinate with drivers and field workers for waste collection and transportation.
• Coordinate loading/unloading activities with drivers and workers.
• Guide and supervise workers at recycling/plant locations.
• Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day field and waste management operations.
• Maintain coordination and operational discipline across assigned locations.

Compensation:

• Intern/Fresher Role: 15,000 – 20,000/month
• Full-Time Role: 20,000 – 30,000/month
