Walk-in interviews @ Kazipalli For Warehouse

Role & responsibilities

• Receive and issue Raw Materials, Packing Materials and Finished Goods as per approved procedures.
• Verify materials against Purchase Orders, Invoices, Delivery Challans and Material Receipts.
• Ensure proper sampling, identification, labeling and storage of materials as per SOP and GMP requirements.
• Maintain warehouse records, stock registers and material documentation.
• Perform physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.
• Handle ERP/SAP transactions related to material receipts, issues, transfers and stock movements.
• Ensure proper storage conditions, segregation and material status identification such as Quarantine, Approved and Rejected.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Purchase and other departments for material movement and release.
• Monitor material expiry/retest dates and maintain appropriate records.
• Ensure warehouse housekeeping, safety and compliance with GMP/SOP requirements.
• Support internal, customer and regulatory audits by providing required warehouse records and documents.
• Report discrepancies, damages, shortages and other material-related issues to the concerned team.
• Willingness to work in A, B & C shifts.
