Walk-In Interview | Sr. PLC Controls Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement PLC programs (B&R Automation, Omron, Beckoff).

Configure and maintain SCADA/HMI systems.

Perform system testing, FAT/SAT, and on-site commissioning.

Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Third party equipment interface.

Required Skills

PLC Programming (TIA Portal, RSLogix, Studio5000, Gx Works, Machine Expert V2.1 & above)

Proficiency in Ladder Logic (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Text (ST), Sequential Function Charts (SFC)

SCADA/HMI Development (WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware)

Industrial Communication Protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, CC-link, RS-485/232))

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge about CE and UL standards. Machine safety standards.

Very Good communication skills.
