Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day field operations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor field activities and manpower planning.
• Oversee fleet management
• Coordinate effectively with Government stakeholders, departments, and other project-related authorities.
• Maintain regular communication with field teams and management
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to supervise and manage field operations effectively.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting/documentation.

Key Requirement

• Candidate must be willing to travel/relocate anywhere in Gujarat
