1. Department Quality Control (QC)

Designation: Officer to Executive
Experience: 26 Years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm

Job Description:

• Perform analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, finished products and stability samples.
• Perform chemical and instrumental analysis as per approved specifications and STPs.
• Handle laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, dissolution, pH meter, etc., as applicable.
• Review analytical data, worksheets, logbooks and laboratory records.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs and data integrity requirements.
• Prepare and maintain analytical reports and documentation.
• Support OOS/OOT investigations and CAPA activities.
• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance and cleanliness of laboratory instruments.
• Coordinate with QA, Production and other relevant departments for routine activities.

2. Department – Formulation & Development (FND)

Designation: Officer to Executive
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: M.Pharm
Requirement: OSD Exposure Must

Job Description:

• Execute formulation development activities for oral solid dosage (OSD) products.
• Develop and optimize formulations for tablets and capsules.
• Conduct formulation trials, laboratory batches and scale-up activities.
• Perform evaluation of formulation parameters and optimize process variables.
• Coordinate with analytical, QA and production teams during development activities.
• Prepare development protocols, reports, BMR/BPR and other technical documentation.
• Support technology transfer and scale-up activities.
• Conduct troubleshooting and participate in formulation-related investigations.
• Ensure development activities comply with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of formulation trials, observations and results.

3. Department – Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)

Designation: Officer to Executive
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm

Job Description:

• Perform analytical testing and method-related activities for pharmaceutical products.
• Support development, validation and verification of analytical methods.
• Handle analytical instruments and maintain laboratory records.
• Perform analysis as per approved analytical methods, specifications and protocols.
• Prepare analytical reports, method development reports and validation documentation.
• Review analytical data and ensure accuracy and completeness of results.
• Maintain proper documentation in compliance with GMP and data integrity requirements.
• Support method transfer and troubleshooting activities.
• Coordinate with QC, QA and F&D teams for analytical requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of analysis and documentation activities.

4. Department – Production

Designation: Officer to Executive
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Job Description:

• Execute day-to-day manufacturing activities as per approved BMR/BPR, SOPs and production plans.
• Handle and monitor manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and quality requirements during manufacturing.
• Monitor critical process parameters and ensure process activities are performed as per defined procedures.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse and other departments for smooth production operations.
• Ensure proper line clearance, equipment status and area cleanliness before and during manufacturing activities.
• Maintain accurate production records, logbooks and other relevant documentation.
• Support investigation of deviations, OOS/OOT, process-related issues and implementation of CAPA.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Support productivity improvement, process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
