Key Responsibilities

• Operate OSD manufacturing equipment such as:
• Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG)
• Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD)
• Blenders
• Compression Machines
• Coating Machines

• Operate and maintain granulation, compression, coating, and tableting machines to ensure efficient production.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure quality control measures are in place to meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve process efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory management.

Educational Qualification

• B. Pharma/Diploma /ITI
• Relevant technical training in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage

Experience

• 03 to 10 years of experience in OSD pharmaceutical production
• Hands-on experience with OSD equipment is preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of OSD manufacturing processes
• Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and safety norms
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Good documentation practices
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
