Walk-In Interview Details:

• Venue: HCLTech Candor Tech Space Tower 11, 1 st Floor, Sector 21 Dundahera Village , Gurgaon, Haryana - 122022

• Experience Required: Freshers only
• Qualification: B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA || Non-Tech Graduates only and No under graduates please.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process simple to complex customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle inquiries from clients related to order status, fulfillment, and product information.
• Use deductive reasoning to make sound business decisions related to order processing

and fulfillment.

• Ensure compliance with all company and business policies.
• Administer all open sales orders and ensure appropriate order flow through the system.
• Monitor and evaluate all order issues, working to resolve discrepancies in production

metrics and ensuring a high level of accuracy.

• Manage communication with the sales department regarding order status and any

necessary follow-up.

• Follow best practices and work cross-functionally with multiple teams to complete the

above tasks and other daily job functions.

• Utilize strong researching capabilities to resolve order-related issues.
• Candidates should be flexible for Rotational Shift.
