Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Junior Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have experience in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and SQL databases, along with a strong interest in developing scalable business applications.

This role will work closely with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to develop and support enterprise applications that drive ATA's digital transformation initiatives. The position also offers an opportunity to work with AI-powered development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to enhance development productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Develop and support applications using MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Create and optimize SQL queries and support database integrations.
• Translate business requirements into functional application features.
• Integrate applications with internal and third-party systems through APIs.

AI-Assisted Development

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Review and validate AI-generated code before implementation.
• Contribute to improving development productivity through AI-assisted practices.
• Follow company security and confidentiality guidelines while using AI tools.

Code Quality & Engineering Standards

• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback.
• Follow secure coding and application architecture standards.
• Adhere to established engineering and development guidelines.

Testing & Application Support

• Perform unit and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.
• Support QA, UAT, deployment validation, and production support activities.

Deployment & DevOps Support

• Work within Agile, SDLC, and CI/CD development processes.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams during build, deployment, and release activities.
• Utilize Git and version control best practices.
• Support application monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, UI/UX Designers, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and technical discussions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and API specifications.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and communicate progress effectively.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and modern software engineering practices.
• Enhance skills in full stack development, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted development.
• Contribute ideas to improve application usability, efficiency, and overall product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 24 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience with:
• React.js
• Node.js
• Express.js
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• HTML5 & CSS3
• Experience with SQL databases:
• Microsoft SQL Server
• PostgreSQL
• MySQL
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Practical knowledge of AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Understanding of JSON, asynchronous programming, and client-server architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control practices.
• Basic knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with software testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of Agile methodology, SDLC, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with modern UI libraries and frontend development tools.
• Exposure to enterprise applications, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain solutions.
