Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and relationship-building with potential clients.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for existing customers to increase revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance.

Job Requirements :

• 0.6-4 years of experience in B2C sales, direct sales, inside sales, international sales, travel sales, or similar fields.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
• Strong skills in lead generation, cold calling, upselling/cross-selling techniques.
