1. HVAC Design Engineer

Experience: 2–15+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Key Skills:

• HVAC Design & Engineering
• Revit & AutoCAD
• Navisworks
• HAP
• BIM 360
• HVAC system design, calculations and coordination
• Building services / MEP projects

2. FFPH Design Engineer – Plumbing & Fire Fighting

Experience: 2–15+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Key Skills:

• Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design
• Revit & AutoCAD
• Navisworks
• MEP coordination
• Preparation of design drawings and documentation
• Building services projects

3. BIM Modeler / BIM Coordinator

Experience: 3–15+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Mechanical/Civil

Key Skills:

• Revit
• Navisworks Manage
• AutoCAD MEP
• BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• BIM Coordination
• Clash Detection & Resolution
• Multidisciplinary coordination

Preferred: Experience in delivering LOD 350 Mechanical BIM models for UAE/GCC projects.

4. Revit Modeller

Experience: 2–10 Years
Qualification: Diploma – Mechanical Engineering

• BIM 360
• Mechanical BIM modelling and coordination

Applicant Profile:

• Relevant experience in MEP Design / Mechanical BIM / Building Services.
• Strong hands-on experience with relevant design and BIM software.
• Candidates with UAE/GCC project experience will be preferred for relevant positions.
• Candidates should be available for face-to-face interview and technical/tool assessment, as applicable.
