Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Generate leads and conduct initial outreach.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support daily recruitment and lead generation activities.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in HR recruitment and lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
