Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control.
  
• Oversee retail sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
  
• Ensure effective communication with team members, customers, and stakeholders to maintain a positive shopping environment.
  
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Analyze sales data to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in apparel industry or related field (retail operations).
  
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
