WALK-IN Interview For Senior Architect

Position: Senior Architect
Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development from concept to execution.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and details.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and project teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project requirements.
• Handle design revisions, documentation, and drawing coordination.
• Guide junior architects and support project execution.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent qualification.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in architectural design and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of Revit / BIM / SketchUp will be an advantage.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, factory, or interior fit-out projects preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
