JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description - PTP:

• Experience in Day to Day AP Acivities with required speed and accuracy across Invoice processing, vendor queries, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment, vendor helpdesk vendor inquiries.
•Employee inquiry resolution and Travel & Expense.
•Manage corporate credit cards - Process corporate credit card requests
• Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills

• Senior Level Bachelors in Commerce/ Masters in Commerce/ MBA with >2 years experience in PTP
• Good Knowledge of PTP Process
• Exposure to Workday and Expertise in MS office & Internet
• Fluency in English language Good Business awareness, Team work, Adaptability, time management
• Strong written and spoken English, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Job Description - OTC:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or an MBA.
• More than 2 years of relevant OTC/Accounts Receivable experience, primarily in billing and invoicing.
• Strong understanding of contract-to-bill activities, invoice processing, billing schedules, credit/debit notes, reconciliations, and period-end controls.
• Working knowledge of Workday ERP and Salesforce exposure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools, with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong written and spoken English, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, collaborate across teams, and perform effectively in a high-volume environment.

Job Description - RTR:

Perform Day to Day RTR activities with required speed and accuracy across JE processing,
Bank Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation,
Fixed Asset Accounting Cycle/Dep.,
