Key Responsibilities

• Business Growth: Drive revenue and achieve targets for current and savings accounts (CASA), assets, and third-party financial products like mutual funds and life insurance.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and motivate the sales and operations teams to boost productivity.
• Customer Service: Deliver high standards of customer service and manage relationships with high-value clients.
• Compliance & Operations: Manage complete branch administration, quality parameters, and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: Graduation is mandatory; a postgraduate degree or MBA is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 12 years of experience in the branch banking sector, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills with a deep understanding of retail liabilities and banking operations.
