Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough background verification checks on candidates through various sources such as employment history, education records, criminal databases, and other relevant databases.
  
• Verify candidate documents including passports, visas, driving licenses, and other identification papers to ensure authenticity.
  
• Perform document screening using advanced excel skills to identify discrepancies or red flags in candidate profiles.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire process from intake to completion of background verifications.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients (internal stakeholders) regarding progress updates and issue resolutions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in Background Verification (BGV) or related field.
  
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  
• Strong understanding of BGV processes including document verification techniques.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
