Role & responsibilities

• Engage with customers as per contact policy and promote digital banking.
• Resolve queries accurately and deepen relationships through crosssell.
• Achieve portfolio targets and drive sales across product segments.
• Maintain high interaction quality and accurate call documentation.
• Follow audit guidelines and ensure timely, errorfree transactions.
• Submit MIS, customer reviews, and reports on time.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate Any stream.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking products.
• Intrested in sales.
