Role & responsibilities

Virtual Business RM is responsible to engage with Existing

customers of the Bank to service and provide product interventions with relevant offers for all Core objectives of the channel & further Cross Sell / Up Sell other Products of the Bank

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate Any stream
• Good Communication Skills
• Experience in Banking Tele sales / Telecom / any voice process, etc.
• Good Knowledge of banking products like Current Accounts, Business Segment customers, Business Assets, Retail assets, Credit cards, Loan on Cards, Insurance, etc.
