Role Overview

Carreo International is conducting a walk-in recruitment drive to fill multiple operational, front-of-house, and kitchen roles for a premier Fine Dining Restaurant chain in Kuwait. We are hiring experienced candidates across service, culinary, inventory, and kitchen support departments.

Job Responsibilities by Department

• Culinary Team (Sr. CDP, CDP, Commis I/II/III, Bakery):
• Prepare high-quality fine-dining cuisine and baked goods according to standard recipes.
• Manage assigned kitchen stations, oversee prep work, and maintain strict food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Senior roles (Sr. CDP / CDP) will lead station staff, monitor inventory, and assist in daily kitchen operations.

• Front of House (Hostess, Server, Runner, Cashier):
• Greet and seat guests, handle table reservations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take guest orders accurately, serve meals and beverages promptly, and maintain table setups.
• Execute POS billing transactions, process cash/card payments, and reconcile daily register totals.

• Operations & Support (Admin/Storekeeper, Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher):
• Receive, inspect, log, and organize store inventory and dry/fresh kitchen supplies.
• Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen environments, washing equipment, utensils, and cookware according to sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality, restaurant, or fine-dining operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must carry all required physical documents to the walk-in venue.
