Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors/Diploma degree.
0-2 years of experience in sales, operations, hospitality, retail, or service roles.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
High ownership and problem-solving ability.
Good to have: Passion for fitness, wellbeing, and community building.
About the Role:
The Centre Manager is the face of a Cultfit center and is responsible for delivering a seamless member experience, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires strong ownership, customer centricity, and a passion for creating an energetic, service-driven fitness environment.
Role & responsibilities
This role includes 70% of sales and 30% of operations.
* Drive membership sales, renewals, upselling & revenue targets.
* Convert walk-ins and trials into memberships.
* Manage daily centre operations, classes, trainers, facilities, inventory & audits.
* Deliver excellent member experience and handle escalations.
* Maintain accurate sales/operational documentation.
* Identify and resolve on-ground operational gaps.
* Own overall sales performance, centre operations & member satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
* 1-4 years experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, customer service or operations.
* Strong sales, communication & customer-handling skills.
* Comfortable with targets, conversions & performance-based incentives.
* Strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
* Comfortable with early morning/late evening and occasional split shifts.
* Willing to work 1 weekly off as per centre requirements.
* Graduate/Diploma required.
Work Schedule:
Straight Shift
On most days, you will be assigned a straight shift, which may be either:
Morning shift: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Evening shift: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Split Shift (Based on Business Requirements)
On some days, you may be assigned a split shift, which requires reporting to the center in both the morning and evening:
Morning shift: 5:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Evening shift: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
