Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, and chats.
• Understand customer concerns and provide quick and effective solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and professional communication.
• Maintain a positive customer experience.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (Degree is not mandatory).
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Malayalam-speaking andidates preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
