Walk in Interview at Intas SEZ (OSD Packing)

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor OSD packing machines such as blister packing, bottle packing, carton packing, and labeling machines.
• Perform line clearance before and after batch activities as per SOP.
• Ensure packing activities are carried out according to BMR/BPR and cGMP requirements.
• Conduct in-process checks and maintain production records accurately.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Production teams for smooth batch execution.
• Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns or deviations to supervisors.
• Ensure proper reconciliation of packing materials and finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the packing area.
• Follow safety procedures, GMP guidelines, and company policies.
• Support validation, qualification, and audit activities as required.

Educational Qualification

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / Diploma/ ITI or relevant qualification.

Experience

• Operator: 03 to 07 years of experience in OSD packing operations.
• Officer / Senior Officer : 03 to 07 years of experience in OSD packing within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical packing processes.
• Experience handling blister, bottle packing, and serialization systems.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
