Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental monitoring, microbial testing, and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment used for microbiological analysis.
  
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for laboratory operations.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality and process optimization.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation of test results, protocols, and reports.

• 3-8 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) or Microbiology department in Pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor's degree in B.Sc or MS/M.Sc(Science) from a recognized university.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Current Good Laboratory Practice (cGMP), ISO standards etc. .
• Proficiency in MLT (Microbiological Limit Testing) techniques such as plate counting, bet culture etc
