Acquisition Manager / Premier Acquisition Manager - Business Banking (Current Account)

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new Current Account (CA) customers from the open market through self-sourcing, referrals, and networking.
• Identify and target SMEs, traders, professionals, merchants, and other business entities for relationship acquisition.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
• Deepen customer relationships by understanding business requirements and offering suitable banking solutions.
• Drive cross-sales of banking products including Trade & Forex, Business Loans, Merchant Solutions, Credit Cards, CMS, Insurance, and Investment Products.
• Ensure achievement of monthly acquisition, revenue, and cross-sell targets.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Maintain regular engagement with customers to ensure strong relationship management and portfolio growth.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines during account sourcing and onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.

Key Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Experience in CASA acquisition, Business Banking, Retail Banking Sales, Field Sales, or Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of Current Account acquisition and liability products.
• Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude and willingness to build a career in banking sales may also apply.
