About this role
Internship Period- 6 Months
Stipend- Rs 5000/- PM
Location- Udyog Vihar- 3
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, and workshops.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and training databases.
- Support the creation and updating of training materials, presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
- Collect and analyze training feedback from participants.
- Prepare training reports, dashboards, and learning metrics.
- Coordinate with trainers, employees, and stakeholders for smooth execution of training programs.
- Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Support administrative tasks related to Learning & Development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
