International Voice Support Job Description

Position: International Voice Support Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
  
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer queries professionally.
  
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
  
• Maintain high-quality communication and follow defined processes.
  
• Meet daily/monthly performance and quality targets.
  
• Maintain proper documentation and update customer information.

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
  
• Comfortable speaking with international customers.
  
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
