Position: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process
Department: Customer Support / BPO

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls from international clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
• Document customer interactions and update information in the CRM/system.
• Follow company policies, processes, quality standards, and call-handling procedures.
• Achieve assigned targets for productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and good communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with international customers.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software applications.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the process.

Preferred Skills

• Neutral/clear English accent.
• Customer-service orientation.
• Ability to handle difficult customers calmly.
• Good typing and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work under performance-based targets.
