    Hiring: Global Voice Customer Associate IntouchCX | Hyderabad

    Experience: 6 Months 2 Years of experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.


    Shift Timings

    • Night Shift only
    • Graveyard Shift
    • Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational weekly offs.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for global clients.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving customer
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
    • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Good listening, probing, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in BPO/Call Center/Contact Center environment is preferred.
