• Troubleshoot device setup, connectivity and technical issues.
• Understand customer concerns and provide the best possible resolution.
• Investigate, document and resolve customer issues.
• Navigate multiple applications and research solutions efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Identify recurring issues and share customer feedback.
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
