Who Can Apply?

• Freshers are welcome
• Candidates with BPO / Customer Support experience
• 10+2 undergraduates can also apply
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Should be comfortable working in night shifts

• Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats
• Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions
• Deliver an excellent customer experience with every interaction
• Work in a global support environment with exposure to different cultures and time zones
