Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers with professionalism and empathy.
• Understand customer queries, troubleshoot basic issues (billing/account/service), and provide accurate resolutions.
• Accurately update customer records and log interaction details in CRM tools.
• Meet performance, quality, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.

Candidate Requirements:
• Education: 10+2 (Undergraduates) / Graduates are eligible.
• Skills: Exceptional English Communication (verbal & written), active listening, and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility: Must be completely comfortable working in night shifts.
