Walk-in || International Voice Process Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers, primarily US-based clients.
• Assist customers with queries related to US tax preparation and tax filing services.
• Provide accurate information regarding company services and customer requirements.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or relevant systems.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Meet daily productivity, call quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.
