Qualification: Any graduate can be considered (arrears can be considered)

Notice period: Immediate Joiners preferable.

* Candidates from Chennai location will be preferrable or willing to relocate within the boundary limit.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fresher or Experienced in Outbound or Inbound call/chat with excellent communication.
• Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good in Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
• Only Immediate joiners.
• Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
• Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
• Communication with accent will be added advantage.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

2. Operations round
3. Typing test and Domain Test
