Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: Night Shift (5:30 Pm to 3:30Am)

Week Off: Fixed Saturday & Sunday

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Qualification: Undergraduate / HSC / PG

Salary: Based on skills and market standards

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions via voice support.

- Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain quality standards.

- Communicate confidently with international customers.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.

- Experience in International Voice Process, Customer Support, BPO, Call Center or Customer Service is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
