We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused candidates to join our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries, complaints, and return-related concerns through calls.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional customer interactions.

Maintain quality, process, and compliance standards.

Document customer interactions and follow the required process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Graduate.

Experience: Freshers & Experienced(6months - 2Years) candidates can apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of customer support practices.

Typing Speed: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Willingness to work from office.

Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts.

Candidates should reside within 15 km of the work location.
