Job Summary

We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented International Voice Process Sales Executives to handle international customers over the phone.

The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining products or services, handling objections, generating leads, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and terms clearly.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
• Build positive relationships with international customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM systems.
• Follow company sales processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication.
• Good pronunciation, fluency, and confidence while speaking.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Willingness to work in international/night shifts.

Eligibility

• 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate candidates can apply, depending on company requirements.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Previous experience in international voice process, telesales, BPO, customer service, or inside sales is an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in US/UK or other international time zones.
