Job Description

We are looking for candidates with good communication skills to join our Technical Support / International Voice Process team.

Eligibility

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Technical Support or International Voice Process
• Freshers can also apply if they have strong communication skills
• Willingness to work from office
• Willingness to work in night shifts
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
• Communicate professionally with international customers
• Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
