Walk-in || International Voice Process Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for an international process.
• Communicate professionally with customers in English and Punjabi.
• Assist customers with queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
• For experienced candidates, handle collection-related interactions professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow process guidelines.
• Meet defined quality, productivity and performance targets.
• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction

Preferred candidate profile

For Experienced Candidates:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Collections OR Customer Service role.
• Good English and Punjabi communication skills.
• Relevant experience and proper documentation required.

For Freshers:

• Graduate / HSC candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Punjabi.
• Willingness to work in a fixed night shift.
• Candidates comfortable working from office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
