We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused International Voice Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with international customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally.
• Resolve customer issues while adhering to company policies and quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow established processes and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/ Undergraduate
• Experience: 6 months - 3 years in International Voice Process with good communication skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Transport policy- Cab will be provided within 25kms radius from office location and Cab will be provided only in night shift.
