We are hiring experienced candidates for our International Voice Process AML/KYC.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls.
• Perform AML, KYC, CDD and EDD activities.
• Investigate fraud-related transactions.
• Handle risk management activities.
• Resolve customer queries professionally.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in AML/KYC Voice Process.
• Experience in AML, EDD & CDD Mandatory.
• Experience in fraud investigation.
• Good knowledge of Risk Management.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Graduates/Postgraduates can apply.
• Immediate joiners only.

Shift & Work Details

• 24/7 rotational shifts, Rotational week-offs, 5 days working, Work from office.
• No virtual interviews candidates must attend an in-person interview.
• Outstation candidates are not eligible.
• Cabs transport policy- Cab will be provided within 25kms radius from office location and Cab will be provided only in night shift.
