Walk-in || International Ticketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage visa transit processes for passengers traveling internationally.
  
• Handle international ticketing operations, including reservations, bookings, and cancellations.
  
• Utilize GDS systems (Galileo) to search and book flights according to customer requirements.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving passenger queries related to flight schedules, baggage claims, and other issues.
  
• Ensure accurate processing of PNRs (Passenger Name Records) using IATA standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of experience in international ticketing or a related field.
  
• Proficiency in handling fares, rescheduling tickets as per airline policies.
  
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo) and ability to work efficiently on the system.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle complex customer queries effectively.
