We have an exciting opportunity for the role of International Caller with ImpactGuru. Please find the details below:

Position: International Caller
Location: Marol Naka, Mumbai
Team: GEM (Give Every Month)
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Weekly Off: Sunday

Shift Timings

• Female Employees: Fixed Shift 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Male Employees: Rotational Shifts 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night) / 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Day)

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with international donors through outbound calls.
• Introduce and explain the GEM (Give Every Month) program.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective donors.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging donor experience.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and follow-ups.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Confident in interacting with international audiences over phone calls.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in the assigned shift schedule.
• Prior experience in an international voice process or international calling will be an added advantage.
